Our principal owner is retiring and we have sold the rights to our two main products:
The DVD-1150 and the HDi-250 series will now be manufactured and sold by Niagara Video, Inc. and their dealers.
BCD has sold it's existing product stock and is referring all new orders to Niagara Video.
The transfer is in progress and we expect the transition to be complete before October 31, 2018.

The BCD SB-100 is a special purpose RS-232 controller that generates and reads both LTC and VITC SMPTE Time Code. Same features as the TC-100 including Time Code Overlay.
