DVD & HDD Drive Options
Slot-Load & Removable HDD
This package replaces the standard 1U DVD Tray Drive.
Slot-Load DVD drive prevents breakage of drive tray. Removable video storage hard drive for ultimate security and archiving. Standard on HDi-Mil model.

Video Drives -Solid State
On the HDi-250, the Boot/System drive is already a solid state drive.
For rough, heavy duty operation, choose an SSD to store the video files.
Perfect for truck-mounted and airborne applications.
Available in various capacities up to 4TB.
Blu-Ray Drives
The HDi doesn't make Blu-Ray Discs with interactive menus, but it does take advantage of the native 25GB disc capacatiy.

M-Disc (DVD/BD) DVD Drive
The "Millenial" disc. For the most stable, longest lasting optical discs we offer M-Disc. Records to mineral-based "Etched in Stone" discs.
M-Discs will play in most conventional DVD players. M-Disc drives will also record to conventional -R, R, and RW discs.
M-Disc burners available as DVD & Blu-Ray Drives. Factory Installation: Please specify with your initial order.
Chassis Options
The HDi-Mil version has NO NETWORKING. No RJ-45 network connector and no external USB ports.

Hard Drive Docking Station: SATA-to-USB 3.0/2.0
For HDi-250-RHD-DVD models with removable hard drive.
Swap out your drive, keep recording, and use this hard disk docking station to transfer the video to your computer or network.
Accepts either 2.5" or 3.5" hard drives and transfer at either USB 2.x or USB 3.0 speeds.
