When ordering, either directly with BCD or through one of the above dealers, please remember to specify PAL video system. Also specify 9-pin or 25-pin serial adapter for the computer end.
BCD products ship with a 110VAC --> 9VDC power supply. You will need a 230V to 110V step down transformer.
All products use a 2.1mm power connector, and are 9VDC Tip Positive EXCEPT the TC-100 which is Tip Negative.
If you choose to purchase directly from BCD, our terms are prepaid by wire transfer or VISA/MasterCard. Units are shipped freight and customs duties collect by the air carrier of your choice. (FedEx, UPS, DHL)

BCD Controllers may be individually addressed from a single serial port. The "DECK 3" command selects machine #3. All subsequent commands go to that machine. We can use a VC-16a to accept button presses, then send discrete commands to individual machines (DVD-C7 players & recorders, VC-16b, VC-16a, and SB-100. Custom BCD programming is often required.
