Multiple Machines
One Controller
Several of our clients (Brandspeak, Jim Stafford Theatre, London Metropolitan Police) needed to control many (up to 12) machines with a single button push. The VC-16b can control many machines of the same model... sll machines do the same thing.

Existing Client Upgrade Offer

VC-16b Client Upgrade Offer

Thanks for considering BCD for your interactive exhibit applications.

The VC-16b is a super controller, but the difficulty is that DVD players fail, often in as little as 12 months.  Some of our clients "bite the bullet" and buy $1000 players.  Most, however, budget $50-$100 per year for DVD player replacement.

We have recently taken on a line of Digital Video Players that suit most applications that require "press button #3 to play video #3".  Video is stored on a small SD memory card instead of a DVD.   Our first installation is still running, unattended, unserviced, after 2 1/2 years.

Of course we are  offering our existing clients a very good deal:
Assume that you have a typical installation:  one Attract Video Loop and a couple of scenes that are shown when your visitor pushes a button.

To Upgrade your VC-16b Exhibit to Solid State Video:
The basic pushbutton-controlled Digital Video Player is $365 including memory card.
Converting your DVD segments to play from the solid state player: $100 per segment up to 15 minutes each.

Programming for Attract Loop and multiple buttons: $100.00, one time.
Adapter cable (DB-25 to DB15) so your existing buttons operate the Solid State Player. (Max 8 buttons): $25.00

So your total is $590.00 for a one-button setup.  (Add $100 per additional video segment/button)

The only "Gotcha" is that you'll need an LCD video monitor because the video outputs are HDMI and RGB/VGA.

For most of our clients the savings is not as much about the money as about the lack of hassle replacing DVD machines!

Touch Screen & Internet, too!   Interactive control is not limited to buttons.  Some of the players support USB touch screens and some can even be updated via the Internet.  You can even sync several together to play multiple videos in very good sync!

Did we mention that the all of the players are High Definition, too?  Up to 1920x1080. (Hence the HDMI video outputs.)  Most of our HD clients use 1280x720, but that's still a lot better than DVD!  So when you upgrade your exhibit, your player will be ready for it.

More discussion is on our website http://bcdusa.com under the "Pushbutton Controllers" menu item.  We'll have even more info and pictures as soon as we can.

Call now, then send us your DVD for conversion to Solid State Digital Video playback.  Please don't hesitate because we're making this limited time offer only to those who already know about us and use our products.

Thanks, again for using BCD.
Please join us as we all move into the next generation of interactive video.
