Introduction
If you plan your exhibit with a DVD that uses standard user navigaton (Up, Down, Left, Right, Enter/Go/OK), then you don't need this section. Just attach 5 buttons to the appropriate connections and you're underway. If, however, you want a specific button to play a particular scene/segment then there are some considerations.

The Pioneer DVD-V7400 has been replaced by the DVD-V8000. It and the PRV-LX1 were the first truly Industrial DVD players and recorders. They offer both Infrared and Serial control, and that's good because BCD Wired Pushbutton Controllers come in both IR and Serial models !

Sometimes you need a hand-held keypad to control your machine, but circumstances prohibit using the IR remote. BCD Keybads connect to BCD pushbutton contrllers to provide up to 16 function buttons, depending on the controller. Our hand-held pushbutton remotes are custom-made for your project.
