BCDComm.exe - an RS-232 terminal program to communicate w/BCD devices.

BCD.PRM - text file to set comm parameters for BCDCOMM.exe

FlashBCD.exe - Uploads new firmware to SB-100 and VC-16a

Flash100.exe - Another upload program for SB-100 and VC-16a.  More work, but more robust.

FlashMagic is the tool from esacademy.com that we use for uploading new firmware to the VC-16b, the TC-100b, and the controller section of the DVD-1150.  This is a Windows application that requires installation on your computer and requires an RS-232 serial port.

USB Virtual Com Port (VCP) Driver for the DVD-1150 (and any other BCD device). 

Use Windows Hyperterminal to control the DVD-1150 through your USB port.  Windows assigns a 'Virtual' serial port.  This executable is for Windows 2000, XP32/64, Vista32/64.  MacOS & Linux drivers are available at the FTDI site  http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
